I have been a faithful client now friend of Lucy’s almost 2 years. The salon is super clean and contemporary. Lucy is thorough and very detail oriented with immaculate one on one customer service skills. And I love the organic line of products and appreciate the appointment only policy.

Love this place, I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been frequenting this spa since it opened 2 years ago. It is the cleanest spa I’ve ever been in. The owner prides herself in keeping her shop clean and sanitary. The owner believes highly in providing excellent customer service. All of this is like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere in the salon is always fun and a professional one.

My sister had a fungus issue with her thumb before we ever visited the salon. Other nail salons just ignored it and kept applying finishes. The owner of TLC helped her with a plan to clear it up.

I’m not sure why a previous customer rated this salon a 2. My experience has always been a 5.
